Dear Clermont Resident,

The City of Clermont’s Public Services Department will soon begin replacing 2,000 inefficient water meters in several locations throughout the city.

The work is scheduled to begin Monday, March 14, will be completed during regular business hours and is expected to take about eight months to complete.

National Metering Services, Inc. has been hired by the city to do this work.  

The process to remove and replace each meter, and the meter box if it is damaged, is expected to take about 30 minutes.  Your water will be turned off during this process.
