Code Enforcement Division
The Clermont City Council has adopted City Codes specifically designed to address blight and nuisances and to help maintain a clean environment for all citizens in our community. The City of Clermont does this by working in partnership with the people of Clermont.
Please be advised that as of July 1st, 2021, Florida State Statute prohibits code enforcement from initiating investigations of potential violations of codes and ordinances by way of anonymous complaints. If you wish to leave a code complaint to be investigated, you must provide your name and address per Florida state law.
