Please see below regulations on pavilions depending on the location. The use of alcohol, and personal grills are not allowed.
Hancock Park Pavilion- This pavilion is first come, first serve only. We do not rent this pavilion out. Please be aware that during softball tournaments access to this pavilion may more difficult.
Lake Hiawatha Preserve Pavilion- The East and West pavilions are available for first come, first serve only. We do not rent these pavilions out.
Waterfront Park Pavilion-This pavilion is only available to rent with large special events that take place. It is not available to rent as a standalone option. It is available for regular use first come, first serve unless otherwise rented with a special event. To rent the space along with a special event please contact the Clermont City Center at (352)708-5975.
Splash Park Pavilion- This pavilion is first come, first serve only unless otherwise rented along with the Splash Park. This pavilion can be rented for birthday parties seasonally with the Splash Park. To rent the Splash Park and Splash Park Pavilion please contact the Clermont City Center at (352)708-5975.
Mckinney Park Pavilion-This pavilion is first come, first serve but is available to rent. This park pavilion can be rented for private party use. There are outlets available for use with rental. Rental application and approval is required. For rental application and questions please contact the Arts and Recreation Center at (352)394-3500.
Palatlakaha Park Pavilion- This pavilion is first come, first serve only. We do not rent this pavilion out.
Bounce House, and Inflatable Rentals - Bounce houses are only permitted with a rental application and approval. Bounce Houses are only allowed at Waterfront Park and Mckinney Park with approved event application. This includes but is not limited to bounce houses, party trucks, and other inflatables. Please note that the approval process does require insurance for these types of rentals.
Other vendors - Food trucks, party buses, and other outside vendors are not permitted in city parks without an approved event application.
