Human Resources
The Human Resources Department provides employment and risk management functions for the City of Clermont. This includes recruitment, classification and compensation, employment policies and procedures, employee and labor relations, training and supervisory development, benefits administration, wellness and safety initiatives, workers' compensation, risk management, property and liability administration, and assuring the City's compliance with applicable laws.
Human Resources develops, implements, and maintains quality and comprehensive employment and risk management programs which promote the larger organizational mission of preserving and enhancing the quality of life for the Clermont community by providing exceptional services.
